I will share useful life hacks on how to get from the airport to the city center, where you can eat deliciously and inexpensively, and I will also do a detailed review of the train 010 Budapest - Kyiv from Ukrzaliznytsia. My journey began at the Budapest airport. I will tell you how to get to the city center by the fast shuttle Bus 100E. I purchased a bus ticket in advance through the official BudapestGO application (this saves a lot of time!). My stop in the center is Deák Ferenc tér. Since I had time before the train, I decided to have lunch at the famous "all you can eat" restaurant - Trófea Grill Restaurant. I was incredibly lucky to find a free table on a day off! I ordered the “dinner” package, which is valid for 3 hours: buffet, unlimited food and drinks are included in the price. I especially recommend trying the traditional Hungarian goulash and their signature tiramisu. This is a great place to wait for the time before the road! Next, I went to the Budapest-Keleti train station by metro. Before boarding, I made sure to stop at the Spar supermarket to buy groceries and water for the road. Be careful: at the Keleti station itself, you should pay attention to security, so I waited for my flight directly on the platform near the tracks.
