Trid for Moroccan-style rfissa 🇲🇦 . . Hello everyone 🌍 I hope you're well and that your confinement is going well, healthy and happy. In any case, I wish you the best. I'm back with my video of the day: my famous trid leaves to make this traditional Moroccan dish 🇲🇦, which has exceptional virtues for women in particular, whether after childbirth or in their life as a woman. Ingredients: 32 trid leaves are equivalent to 1 meal for 6 to 7 people . . 900g T45 flour 200g extra-fine semolina 2 tsp salt 680ml lukewarm water . To roll out the trids: 100ml sunflower oil 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 pinch pure saffron (optional) . . Note 📝: The type of flour influences the water dosage. I'm giving you my dosages based on my type of flour, which is T45. If you use another type, you'll need to either decrease or increase the amount 😉 . . Stay tuned!
