Port Douglas To Cape Tribulation | The Most Incredible Drive We've Ever Done! | Episode 66

Cape Tribulation is one of those places you hear about all the time. Nothing could have prepared us for how incredible this place is, though. After leaving Ringers Rest near Mareeba, we set off for Cape Trib. First, though, we settled in for a few days at one of the best low-cost private campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Making the perfect location to explore the area, we head down the hill to explore Port Douglas and the markets, followed by lunch on the beach. The next day, we set off for the car ferry over the Daintree river and dive deep into the rainforest on our way to Cape Tribulation. This dense jungle provides an incredible microclimate, stunning walks to explore, and a huge amount of shade. This causes a few issues as we can't get enough solar to keep our batteries charged!
