Dreamworld amusement park tragedy: father speaks for the first time

Sometimes a tragedy appears on the news that rattles all, even if we were nowhere near the event and didn't know anyone involved. On October 25, 2016, Mrs Low, Kate Goodchild, her brother Luke Dorsett and his partner Roozi Araghi were killed when the Thunder River Rapids ride malfunctioned. The husband of Dreamworld victim Cindy Low fears safety at the theme park "hasn't changed too much" since the 2016 disaster claimed the lives of four people. "The safety side of it — going to the park today, it hasn't changed too much from when we went there on the actual day," Mathew Low told 7.30. "That's probably the biggest thing that shocked me in terms of people going to the park now thinking that things have changed, and things haven't changed, from what I've heard."
