Dreamworld victim's husband overwhelmed by 'amount of failings' documented by coroner | 7.30

We assume when we go to a shopping centre, or send our kids to school, or visit an amusement park, that the people in charge care for our wellbeing and have done everything in their power to provide a safe environment. Too often we are let down, and that's particularly the case regarding Dreamworld and the attitude it took to safety, resulting in the deaths of four people on the Thunder River Rapids Ride in 2016. The Queensland coroner has released scathing findings about the Dreamworld tragedy after a complex inquiry, and it's possible criminal charges could be laid.
