异国“故乡”|日本遗孤常松胜:以武术为桥梁报恩中国
Subscribe to our channel for more exciting content: https://bit.ly/2GzuCVG [Editor's Note] After Japan's defeat and surrender in 1945, more than 4,000 Japanese children were left behind in China and raised by Chinese parents. They share a common name—"Japanese war orphans." To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, China News Service specially planned and produced a ten-episode documentary, "Hometown in a Foreign Land." The documentary tells the stories of 10 Japanese war orphans, showcasing the boundless kindness and human brilliance of their Chinese adoptive parents who transcended blood ties and national borders through authentic historical footage, firsthand accounts, and expert interpretations, conveying to the world the powerful message of "Never forget history, cherish peace." Martial arts were the most precious gift that Chang Songsheng's Chinese adoptive parents left him. At the age of six, fearing that Chang Songsheng would be bullied, his adoptive parents sent him to study martial arts under a renowned master. This care allowed this "little Japanese boy" to gradually grow into a successor of Chinese martial arts. Upon returning to Japan, Chang Songsheng used his martial arts skills to open a martial arts school, introducing tens of thousands of students to the profound depth of Chinese martial arts. While teaching Tongbei Quan and Mizong Quan, he also used martial arts to promote friendly exchanges between the people of China and Japan. He said, "China is like my second parents; their nurturing grace is greater than heaven." Every so often, Chang Songsheng would lead his Japanese students to China to exchange martial arts techniques and visit the graves of his adoptive parents, ensuring that this kindness was known and remembered by more people.
