Somewhere in the middle of all that wandering, I got baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Now, a new journey begins. Starting at the newest temple — the Lindon Utah Temple — and ending, Lord willing, at the Salt Lake Temple when it reopens for its public open house in 2027. In this first episode, I share the intimidation and imposter syndrome of starting something like this as a two-year convert. The voices that said I wasn't qualified. What happened when I asked Heavenly Father what to talk about. And one moment I witnessed during the Lindon Utah Temple open house that I haven't been able to stop thinking about since. There's also the surprisingly fascinating story of how Lindon got its name — and why it feels like the most fitting place to begin this journey. Fresh eyes matter.
