What $50 Gets You in a Swedish Supermarket

I went to my local ICA to see what kind of grocery haul I could put together for $50 in Sweden. I wanted this to feel realistic, so instead of just picking the cheapest random items, I bought things I would actually use at home and what I needed. This video is a small look at grocery prices in Sweden in 2026, how far a budget like this really goes, and what everyday shopping here can actually look like. If you’re curious about food prices in Sweden, supermarket shopping, or everyday life abroad, I hope this gives you a useful little insight. ‪@EmilijaHoff‬ I also added the prices in SEK and converted them to dollars, euros and RSD (serbian dinars) : Prices from my Swedish supermarket haul: Bananas — 19.53 SEK / $2.07 / €1.79 / 210.08 RSD Bicarbonate — 9.41 SEK / $1.00 / €0.86 / 101.22 RSD Organic lemons — 26.70 SEK / $2.82 / €2.44 / 287.21 RSD Coffee — 89.86 SEK / $9.51 / €8.22 / 966.62 RSD Sausage (Kolbasz) — 35.91 SEK / $3.80 / €3.29 / 386.28 RSD Mini Babybel — 52.90 SEK / $5.60 / €4.84 / 569.04 RSD Beef — 92.81 SEK / $9.82 / €8.49 / 998.35 RSD Baked potatos — 21.19 SEK / $2.24 / €1.94 / 227.94 RSD Butter — 62.68 SEK / $6.63 / €5.74 / 674.24 RSD Milk (3%) — 21.49 SEK / $2.27 / €1.97 / 231.17 RSD Black pepper — 24.20 SEK / $2.56 / €2.21 / 260.32 RSD Eggs — 40.22 SEK / $4.26 / €3.68 / 432.64 RSD Total: 480.87 SEK / $50.88 / €44.00 / 5,172.67 RSD Hope you like the video and thank you for watching :) #swedenlife #swedenvlog #groceryhaul #swedishsupermarket #groceryshopping #expatlife #balkangirl
