ZF Manual Gearbox Oil/Fluid Change - 1999 BMW Z3 2.8 Roadster E36 - New Slick Gearchange!

In this video I change the 5-speed gearbox / transmission oil / fluid on my 1998 1999 BMW Z3 2.8 Roadster E36 in Arctic Silver. The gearbox oil in this car is believed to be the original - 25 years old! I identify the fluid requirements on the yellow sticker on the side of the transmission . It states MTF LT1 which I believe has likely been superseded by MTF LT2. This vehicle does not require ATF / Dexron fluid. I found a suitable product meeting this specification and purchased 2 litres via eBay: Mannol 8104 MTF-4 Getriebeoel SAE 75W80 API GL4 Synthetic I drain and refill the transmission fluid with the correct quantity and torque the drain and filler plugs to a suitable setting. The gearchange is vastly improved, is way more slick and less prone to baulking.
