It's also very easy to make, as the soft yeast dough already ensures a light and airy texture. You don't need an oven for this bread, as it's baked in a pan. Bazlama is also similar to Indian naan bread, but, as mentioned, is a bit lighter and airier, and can be eaten as a savory or sweet breakfast. A quick bread for breakfast. You can also prepare the dough the night before (with half the amount of yeast), cover it and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight, and bake the bread the next morning.
