DMZ Tour- Senior Solo Travel: (Full-day Seoul City Tour)

The DMZ is an intriguing place to visit if you are planning a trip to Seoul. The DMZ, or Demilitarized Zone, is a heavily militarized strip of land running across the Korean Peninsula, dividing North and South Korea. The only way to visit all of the areas available to the public is by a tour group. Without a tour group, you can only visit a few areas. This video is an overview of an excursion I took to the DMZ, run by Seoul City Tours. It includes Imjingak Park, the Freedom Bridge, the National Memorial for the Abductees of the Korean War, the Dora Observatory, the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, and Unification Village. Solo Travelers: Since this is a destination that requires you to join a tour group, it is certainly a safe and accommodating environment.
