Hello everyone 💕 Today I have a 20 minute full body express Pilates workout for you! This workout is a moderate level and is great for if you’re short on time but still want to get a good, energising workout in for the day! Here’s an outline of how we’ll be moving today: 💛 we start class with an ab burn! In our supine series we will be working on total core strength and sculpting the abdominals ❤️ in our tabletop series we work on lifting and rounding the glutes followed by a quick side plank burn to help tone the waistline anf obliques 🩵 in our prone series we work on full back body strength so this includes strengthening the upper and lower back, while also adding some glute work in there too a achieve a full body burn!
