Accused Wife Killer’s Story Is ‘Blatantly Untrue’: State

On Friday, the state gave its closing statements in the case against Kevin West. Kevin allegedly called 911 to report that his wife, Marcy, was having a seizure, but investigators later determined she died from strangulation. He is on trial for her murder. The state says that this case is not based on first impressions and needs to be based on evidence. The attorney went over the marks found on Marcy’s neck and stated that the stories he told during this whole case have been “blatantly untrue.” Watch More coverage of the Kevin West Trial: https://bit.ly/4qBk1wt Subscribe to Law&Crime Trials for More Courtroom Coverage: https://bit.ly/LawAndCrimeTrials #Trial #Murder #LawAndCrime STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH THE LAW&CRIME NETWORK: Watch Law&Crime Network on YouTubeTV: https://bit.ly/3td2e3y Where To Watch Law&Crime Network: https://bit.ly/3akxLK5 Sign Up For Law&Crime's Daily Newsletter: https://bit.ly/LawandCrimeNewsletter Read Fascinating Articles From Law&Crime Network: https://bit.ly/3td2Iqo For Licensing Inquiries, Please Contact: [email protected] LAW&CRIME NETWORK SOCIAL MEDIA: Instagram:   / lawandcrime   Twitter:   / lawcrimenetwork   Facebook:   / lawandcrime   Twitch:   / lawandcrimenetwork   TikTok:   / lawandcrime   LAW&CRIME NETWORK PODCASTS: https://lawandcrime.com/podcasts/ SUBSCRIBE TO ALL OF LAW&CRIME NETWORK YOUTUBE CHANNELS: Main Channel:    / @lawandcrime   Law&Crime Shorts:    / @lawandcrimeplus   Channel B:    / @lawandcrimetrials   Channel C:    / @lawandcrimebodycam
