Barely an hour after bonds were set for four suspects in a horrific child endangerment case in southern Ohio, law enforcement officials described the conditions of the home that 16 children were rescued from Tuesday. Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson said the small home in Hamden, a tiny village in Vinton County, housed the children and four adults, adding that he "cannot get the smell off of me" nearly 24 hours after Tuesday's search warrant.
