1,000 Mountains Seal Away China’s Most Mysterious Paradise

They say you must cross a thousand mountains to find this place... This time, I came to Yingde City in Qingyuan, Guangdong — a place that even 95% of Chinese people have never heard of. Deep within this city lies a small town, sealed away by thousands of mountains. Only with the success of modern infrastructure has it slowly emerged into the world’s view. This place is known as the Yingxi Karst Corridor. We start at a tea estate, watching the stunning sunset over the town from afar. The next day, we take a boat through a mysterious cave, arriving at a quiet garden in the heart of the town. Finally, we hop on an electric bike and ride through breathtaking landscapes. It was absolutely incredible — and if you ever come to China, this mysterious town is one you must not miss! 00:00 Intro 00:36 Sunset over a thousand mountains 06:06 Sail through the secret cave 10:22 Gorgeous town garden 15:00 Heavenly lake view 23:48 Get on my beloved scooter 25:58 A heavenly-only town 30:36 Giant Camel Mountain 34:03 The farthest village 39:00 Epic aerial view
