50 Min Explorative Vinyasa Class w/ Binds | Birds of Paradise

I think this has to be one of my favourite classes! We move through quite a few creative variations of binds, including the asana Birds of Paradise. This requires openness through the shoulders and hips, and strength in the lower body, so it makes it a pretty full body class. Let me know what you think!
