High Level Dialogue: Brain-Positive Cities within the Brain Plan of Catalonia by Laia Arnal

EMEA high-level dialogue “Brain Economy and Brain-Positive Cities: Building Urban Ecosystems for Human Flourishing, Resilience and Sustainable Development”, 06 July 2026 The final part of the programme opened with a presentation by Laia Arnal Arasa, Director, Catalan Mental Health Act, Generalitat de Catalunya. Her presentation, “Brain-Positive Cities within the Brain Plan of Catalonia,” introduced a regional perspective and connected the concept of Brain-Positive Cities with wider public-policy and brain-health priorities in Catalonia.
