13' whaler epoxy and fairing | hull transformation begins

Wow, so much involved with this stage of the restoration and it can seem a bit daunting at times to remember all the steps for doing fiberglass and epoxy repairs but hopefully this video helps break it down a little. Every boat restoration is going to vary a little based on the condition and the expected outcome. For me, this is going to be a family fishing boat so my goal is to get it as solid as possible without spending too long on the final aesthetics. I chose to do an epoxy system since this is just the easiest way to do repairs and I don't have to guess what what done previously to make sure things will bond. And I'll just end by saying this is my first time doing a fiberglass boat restoration but I learned A LOT through this experience and there are so many good videos out there on this stuff its awesome!
