Straddle standing splits and alt side lunges Workout (50 seconds on, 10 secs rest, to get into position, 40 seconds of yoga, 20 seconds down dog) – 2X through SET 1: 1. Juggler 2 Butt-Kickers 2 2. Tree Pose (Right Leg) 1. Hitch Kicks/Back Kicks 2. Tree Pose (Left Leg) 1. Roll Back Burpees + pushup pulse 2. Crow Pose 1. Curtsy into Back Lunge into Rocket (Right Leg) 2. Warrior 3 (Right) 1. Curtsy into Back Lunge into Rocket (Left Leg) 2. Warrior 3 (Left) SET 2: 1. Tricep Burpees 2. Yoga Tricep Push-Up into Dolphin 1. Runners lunge toe tap Lunge Hop (Right Leg) 2.
