Coles Lilywood Village Construction Update – June 2026 – Drone 4K

Lilywood Village (Coles) | Lilywood – Caboolture West (Waraba) | Moreton Bay Region – June 2026 – Drone 4K This 4K drone footage captures the latest construction progress at Lilywood Village (Coles) as of June 2026, with the project reaching another major milestone as the building rapidly transitions towards internal fit-out. Since May, the most significant development has been the installation of roof sheeting across the majority of the Coles supermarket. What was previously an exposed roof framework is now largely enclosed, dramatically changing the appearance of the building and bringing the main structure much closer to completion. Mechanical services also appear to be progressing, with air conditioning units now visible on sections of the roof, indicating that internal building services are beginning to be installed. Another noticeable milestone this month is the commencement of the Click & Collect area. Since the previous update, the structural steel framework and roof structure for the collection bays have been constructed adjacent to the main Coles building. While roof sheeting has not yet been installed over this section, the overall layout is now clearly taking shape and provides a better understanding of how customers will access the service once completed. Construction has also continued around the rear of the supermarket, where additional concrete has been poured and further walls have been built to complete back-of-house areas. With much of the external structure now in place, the Coles building appears to be approaching the end of its primary structural construction, allowing future works to increasingly focus on internal fit-out and services. Beyond the supermarket itself, significant progress has been made on the surrounding retail precinct. Alongside Coles, wall construction has now commenced for the neighbouring specialty retail buildings. Although roofing has not yet begun on these tenancies, the footprint and layout of the future shopping centre are becoming much easier to recognise. Based on the current construction, it appears the development could accommodate several specialty retailers alongside the Coles supermarket. Across Craig Road, large-scale earthworks remain ongoing. Excavation and bulldozing continue across the site, although the final purpose of this section has not yet become clear. It may eventually form part of a future expansion of Lilywood Village, additional retail development, parking facilities, or supporting infrastructure as the wider precinct continues to evolve. Elsewhere throughout Lilywood, civil construction continues to reshape the surrounding community. Road upgrades, landscaping preparation, and ongoing infrastructure works reflect the rapid growth occurring throughout the Waraba master-planned development as new residential neighbourhoods continue to emerge. June has been one of the most significant months of progress since construction began. The installation of roof sheeting over most of the Coles building, the commencement of the Click & Collect facility, and the emergence of neighbouring retail buildings have transformed the site from a structural framework into what is now clearly recognisable as a future shopping centre. With the external shell of Coles nearing completion, attention is expected to increasingly shift towards internal construction over the coming months. Lilywood Village is located within the newly established suburb of Lilywood, part of the wider Caboolture West (Waraba) master-planned city. This major development includes surrounding suburbs such as Wagtail Grove, Greenstone, and Corymbia, all contributing to a long-term vision for a connected and rapidly growing urban region. As the future neighbourhood retail hub for Lilywood, anchored by Coles and supported by a range of specialty retailers, Lilywood Village will provide essential shopping and everyday services for one of South East Queensland's fastest-growing communities. 📍 Location: Lilywood Village (Coles), Lilywood – Caboolture West (Waraba), Queensland 🎥 Drone Footage: 4K – June 2026 🎵 Music: Carry On by Michael Ramir C.
