Wagtail Grove is one of several new suburbs being developed within the Waraba growth corridor alongside Lilywood, Greenstone, and Corymbia. Together, these communities will deliver thousands of new homes, parks, schools, transport connections, and community facilities over the coming decades. June 2026 Construction Highlights Rivermont Estate Rivermont Estate is planned to deliver more than 2,500 residential lots and continues to be one of the most active developments within Wagtail Grove. Progress observed during June includes: • Continued construction across multiple stages • More homes under construction throughout the Lilywood side of the estate • Additional residential lots released for sale on both the Lilywood and Wagtail Grove sides • Continued road, kerb, drainage and utility construction • More blocks being prepared for future housing The Lilywood side remains the most advanced area, with established streets, increasing home construction and completed infrastructure visible throughout several stages. One unique feature of Rivermont is its country-inspired design guidelines, with homes built in a rural architectural style and even many of the street names following a country theme. Rivermont Display Village Construction has continued to accelerate across the future display village during June. Key observations include: • Multiple display homes now well advanced • One display home appears close to completion externally • Several additional display homes under construction The display village is beginning to come alive and appears similar in size to the nearby Lilywood display village, although considerable work remains before opening. Wagtail Grove Side Across the Caboolture River, activity continues to increase throughout the future Wagtail Grove side of Rivermont. Current observations include: • Ongoing earthworks and excavation • Large quantities of drainage and utility pipes awaiting installation • Continued land preparation for future residential stages • Early infrastructure works progressing across the site Construction activity has noticeably increased compared to previous months as future stages continue to take shape. Rivermont Boulevard Bridge The Rivermont Boulevard Bridge connecting Lilywood and Wagtail Grove continues to make significant progress. Key observations include: • Much more of the bridge deck has now been completed with concrete • Large sections that previously exposed structural steel now have a finished surface • Construction crews continue working on and beneath the bridge • Road connection works continue on both sides While the bridge itself is progressing well, substantial earthworks still remain at the Lilywood approach. The bridge currently sits higher than the existing roadway, so it will be interesting to see how the final road connection is constructed over the coming months. Land Releases New land releases continue across Rivermont Estate. Current releases include: • Residential lots available on both the Lilywood and Wagtail Grove sides • Bridlewood Release 4 now available within the Wagtail Grove section of the estate Future Community Facilities The Rivermont Estate master plan includes: • A planned convenience store • Approximately eight parks • A dedicated sports oval • Open space and recreation areas These facilities are intended to support the growing family-friendly community within the estate.
