Tosca’s Fleece: Incredible Luster with a Side of Attitude

Tosca may not be the friendliest ewe on the farm—in fact, she’s been known to try and bite during her rooing sessions! But despite her spicy personality, her fleece is absolutely the "full package." In today's video, we are skirting Tosca’s white Shetland fleece, which features a 3+" staple, impressive density, and a fine, shimmering luster that is truly incredible. Join me at Whispering Pines Farm as we look at why this beautiful fiber is worth the extra effort. I'm skirting fleeces in preparation for my 2026 fleece auction and I am making videos of each fleece skirting session.
