Salt Hauling in New York City
Every year in late fall there is a truck show on a pier in Staten Island New York that last through winter. It's not actually a truck show but it certainly could be. Salt is brought in by ship and is then trucked throughout the five boroughs of New York City and many of the trucks that haul the salt are absolutely amazing. Dominic Garrambone was kind enough to let me spend the day with him as was Joe Esposito who drives a beautiful 379 for Frank Biassi of F M B Materials. I will have more info in an upcoming issue of LargeCarMag. Enjoy! https://www.largecarmag.com/ https://www.largecarmag.com/store
