514 - Blackpool & Fleetwood Tramway: Starr Gate to North Pier on Sunday 14th April 2024

On Sunday 14th April 2024, we were filming the Elmer trail around Blackpool (see the Elmer trail presentation) and also filmed trams in service on the Blackpool & Fleetwood Tramway. A number of issues occurred leading to huge gaps in southbound trams and replacement trams being brought into service, so much so that we saw every one of the operational fleet out on the tracks - 005 and 007 are non-operational. Brush car 631 provided the heritage service. We also caught up with some of the Stagecoach fleet running in the town.
