The 80/20 Rule changed my life. Before, focused on things that had very little impact. For example, when it came to my appearance, I obsessed over my bone structure while ignoring things like my skin, grooming, and presentation. I spent energy worrying about things I couldn't easily change instead of improving the things I could. In the gym, I focused on small details while neglecting the basics that actually made a visible difference. I read books about psychology and attraction, but I wasn't even talking to people and applying what I learned. Everything changed when I started focusing on the 20% of actions that produced 80% of the results. Instead of chasing perfection, I focused on the fundamentals.
