Aspen Highlands Ski Resort Colorado 2/23/2024

It's a bluebird day at Aspen Highlands Ski Resort in Colorado. The view from the top of Loge Peak is spectacular. Highland Peak and Highland Bowl fill the horizon to the west, while Aspen Valley and Red Mountain are spread out below as you make your way down the mountain. To the east is the Castle Creek Drainage and Aspen Mountain. Farther to the east lies the Sawatch Range. Today's surface is packed powder and hard pack, but the turns are easy and the conditions are great. Skiing under Loge Peak lift for most of the morning, then heading over to Cloud Nine, before ending the day with the long continuous run back to base.
