New Year's Day 2025 at Breckenridge Ski Resort in Colorado. It's a great start to the New Year on a blustery, overcast, snowy day. Today is a chance to check out Peaks 8, 7, and 6. At first, there's just a trickle of skiers and riders, but slowly, they shake off the effects of the previous eve's celebrations, arrive at the base area, and begin to fill up the lift mazes. As the day progresses, visibility decreases, snowfall increases, and surface conditions soften up. The day is filled with wide open cruisers and challenging bump runs.
