After I got back from Brazil I felt a bit off track, so I decided to reorganize myself and focus more on my diet and my daily life. I'll show you how much I paid for Mounjaro here in Japan, what the consultation was like, and the whole process of getting it. Then I went to the supermarket to buy some healthier things to try and get back to a better routine little by little 😅 It's not a recommendation or anything, I'm just sharing how this phase is going for me.
