I loved the crispy texture on the day, so I had a two cookies on the day i made. It's a recipe that's much simpler to make than the previously popular Levain style cookies. Love it! ✔ Ingredients (about 11 pcs) 105g of Room temperature butter. 1 egg (About 50g) 160g of All purposed flour 2g of baking soda. 1g of Ground cinnamon. 65g-75g Brown sugar or light muscovado. 45g of Caster sugar. 1g of Salt. 2-3g of Vanilla extract. 65g of Peanut butter. 100g of Dark chocolate chip. 55 -60g of Roasted pecan. Bake for 13-14 minutes at 347℉ in the preheated oven. The temperature may vary depending on the oven brand and ability. Also, cookies have different spreading shapes depending on the presence or absence of heating wires above and below. If you understand and make the oven you use, you will get better results. The ✔ air fryer also has a bake mode and has heating wires on top and bottom to bake well. ✔ Freshly baked cookies have no strength, so cool them for 2-3 minutes, move them to a cooling net, and cool them completely. ✔ Stored at room temperature for up to 5 days, and frozen storage is also good from the beginning.
