External rotation can be really difficult to get back to 95-100% full range sometimes, especially after shoulder surgery, frozen shoulder or when you have impingement. It's a little tricky to set up but once you do - it's gold. Adding the Powerband on gives those with a bit of impingement type problems a bit more range and comfort. To do this at home - swap the bench and bar out for your sofa and hook the band under the sofa leg.
