In this episode of Ngopi (Ngobrol Hepi), we discuss one of BRMP Central Java's flagship services that often goes unnoticed: the Library. Together with BRMP Central Java librarian, Rizqi Permata Putri, S.Hum., we provide a comprehensive and engaging overview of the library's services, facilities, and collections. It's clear that the BRMP Central Java Library is more than just a place to read and borrow books. As a specialized library under the Ministry of Agriculture and accredited with an A-grade rating from the National Library of Indonesia, the library provides a variety of services—from circulation and reference services to agricultural information dissemination, to a children's reading corner equipped with educational games. It's also explained that the library's collection comprises approximately 70 percent agricultural literature and 30 percent general collections, and can be browsed online through the Open Access Panel (OPAC) and the Agricultural Repository. The library is also open to the general public, university students, and visiting groups from various educational levels. For those interested in utilizing these services, the library is open on the 2nd floor of the BRMP Central Java Office, Monday–Friday, during operating hours.
