BERRY CRUMBLE RECIPE 🛒 INGREDIENTS: • Fresh red currants (enough to fill your baking dish) • 80g rolled oats • 80g all-purpose flour • 80g butter • 70g sugar • Extra butter for greasing the dish 👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 175-180°C (350°F), no convection mode. Grease your baking dish generously with butter and add the fresh red currants in an even layer. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, sugar, and butter. Rub everything together with your fingers until it forms a perfect crumbly texture. Sprinkle the oatmeal crumble evenly over the berries.
