Mark Making with Woodies—Tutorial Tidbits

This week I am using Stabilo Woodies again to make marks on top of my collage artwork–since they require not tooth they will go right over collage glue. I will show you how to blend them with the water brush to create soft shadows and soft edges, and I will show you how to use them dry to enhance color and bring out edges.
