NEYCHORU INGREDIENTS 1.Kaima rice/ Biriyani rice 2cups 2.Ghee 2 tbsp 3.Water 3 ½ to 4 cups 4.Lemon juice ½ of one 5.Salt to taste 6.Big onion julienned ½ + ¼ cups 7.Nuts 15- 20 8.Kismiss 15-20 9. Cardamom 4-5 10.Cinnamon 2-3 sticks 11.Cloves 3-4 PREPARATION 1.Wash,soak the rice 15 mts in water, drain .Set aside. 2.Add ghee, sauté the onion slightly, add the masala items ( cardamom, cinnamon and cloves) saute add the rice and the water. Cook under pressure (1 whistle ) 3.Fry the nuts, kismiss, onion etc. Set aside. 4.Open the cooker, garnish with the items. Serve
