Hello everyone. By popular demand, the topic of today's workout is shoulder pumping at home. The shoulders are involved in all upper body exercises, which is why it is so important to keep them strong. The second factor is the developed shoulders are very aesthetically pleasing. The shoulder consists of 2 beams (deltas): front, middle and back. And our task is to work out each delta separately in training today. Because basic exercises often work only on the front of the shoulder and we often forget about the middle and back. Many exercises are an alternative to gym exercises. Always remember: the exercise can either be made easier or more difficult (by doing it in a weight vest), it all depends on your level of training, which is different for everyone. This workout will be enough to do 1-2 times a week, depending on your training plan, or do the exercises as an addition to the main workout. For the best effect, perform the workout in 2-3 laps with 5 minutes rest between each lap. Rest time between exercises and sets is individual, but I would stick to 1 minute between sets and 2-3 minutes between exercises.
