The story of Café e Um Cheiro is an example of entrepreneurship built on the vision, courage, and unity between mother and son. João identified great business potential in his mother's talent for cooking, the flavor of her recipes, and the welcoming way she received people. In 2017, the two opened the first unit of the coffee shop in Asa Norte, Brasília. With few resources, only nine tables were acquired, and a lot of willingness to work. While Alba took care of food production, João was responsible for customer service and business management. The company's growth was driven by the quality of the products, attention to customers, and the ability to listen to feedback and make constant improvements. What started as a small family business has become a network with 11 units and about 300 employees. Sundays at 10:30 AM, with a repeat showing on Mondays at 2:30 PM, on TV Brasília — channels 6.1 or NET 18/518 in Brasília and surrounding areas, and on channels 21 or 28 NET in Goiânia.
