Hey everyone! Welcome back! In today’s video I share a Kroger grocery haul and an easy meal plan for the week. I also share four of my classic, tried and true meal preps! Thank you so much for coming along with me today! Recipes: CROCKPOT SHREDDED CHICKEN 4 large chicken breasts 1-2 cups of water (can use chicken broth) Seasonings of choice (I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Montreal steak seasoning) Put everything in crockpot. Cook in HIGH for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken. Great for bowls, salad, wraps, tacos, etc! PB & J CHEESECAKE OVERNIGHT OATS 1 cup oats 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 cup almond milk 1 tbsp jello cheesecake pudding mix, sugar free 1 tbsp PB2 1 tbsp sugar free strawberry jam Mix all together well, split into 4 containers.
