Le tourisme de nuit en Lettonie

A 3-hour flight from Paris, Latvia has seen its capital, Riga, become the new destination for S*** tourists. Its entire historic city center has been colonized by massage parlors. The poverty of this Baltic Republic, where the average salary does not exceed 300 euros, partly explains these excesses. Tour operators have multiplied to offer "let off steam" stays at knockdown prices.
