We visited Handmade Menya Oshima! This popular udon restaurant offers a completely self-service noodle-making experience, allowing you to enjoy your favorite udon noodles. Today, we tried the "Uchu," "Hiyachu," "Asparagus Tempura," and "Sillago Tempura." The "Uchu" is incredibly delicious, with its clear broth and the rich flavor of dried sardines. The "Hiyachu" is the chef's recommended dipping broth recipe! You can also add the broth to the noodles for a different flavor later on, making it incredibly delicious.
