This episode starts on an unexpected note. Just before the trek even begins, we have to say a sudden goodbye to a close friend, Mr. Reddy. It’s not the kind of start anyone hopes for, losing teammates before stepping into a journey that already demands so much, physically and mentally. From Mana village, the trek towards Lakshmivan begins. What seems like a simple 7–8 km stretch quickly turns into a test of endurance. The trail shifts from green valleys to rugged, oxygen-thin terrain, with every step reminding us why the mountains demand respect. Along the way, we pass places tied to the легенд of the Pandavas, adding a deeper meaning to every milestone. The beauty is unreal Vasudhara waterfall, the roaring Alaknanda, and massive glaciers but it comes with its own risks. Sudden weather changes hit hard, and heavy rain exposes mistakes, especially for those who came unprepared. In the mountains, even small decisions matter. Reaching Lakshmivan is just the beginning. Cold, exhaustion, wet gear, and altitude start to take their toll. The first night in tents brings reality into perspective this isn’t just a trek, it’s survival. Headaches, dizziness, and the struggle to even eat or stay hydrated become part of the challenge. But the journey doesn’t stop. With the next destination set for Chakrateer, the difficulty level rises. Longer distances, tougher terrain, and physical pain begin to test everyone especially knees and endurance. And just when things seem manageable, uncertainty hits again. This isn’t just about reaching a destination.
