A short and fun group activity for closing and evaluating shared work. Instructions: The entire group, seated on the floor, must grab the rope with both hands. The objective of the activity is to get everyone to stand at the same time without wobbling. The leader should ensure that the rope's width and length are appropriate for the number of participants. Once the instructions have been communicated to the participants, we recommend observing and listening to the group interactions: Who is leading the activity? How easy or difficult is it for them to solve the challenge? Are there any critics of the proposals that emerge? Are they realistic when choosing an appropriate tactic? What is the group's level of self-criticism regarding the problem resolution? After achieving the objective, the circle is held on the floor and reflection questions are posed: Did you feel heard during the activity? Do you think you could have done better?
