On one hand you will have someone saying that because Arnold or Ronnie Coleman or insert favorite bodybuilder used a certain tool or method, that it is therefore proven to be good. On the other hand you will get pseudo experts "fitfluencers" who read half an abstract or attend a weekend course and think they now know everything and may make the famous X vs Check post saying the V bar is worthless garbage that will give you shoulder cancer and make your lats shrivel to nothing.
