Ingredients:  1/2 Kg Eggplant or as much you want.  2 Onions  20 Pieces of Curry Leaves  4 Tbsp of Coconut thuruval  1/2 Tsp Black Pepper  1/2 Tsp of Salt  1/2 Slice of lemon or enough to the taste.
