The Fiesta ST has always been my dream hot hatch, but can it become a proper grand tourer? In Episode 1 of the Grand Tourer series, I’m installing Apple CarPlay into my Fiesta ST to make long road trips easier, more enjoyable and a little more modern. With the NC500 adventure getting closer, it’s time to stop chasing horsepower for a while and start building the ultimate road trip Fiesta. Will a small hot hatch be able to take on one of the greatest driving roads in the world?
