Spectacular Attractions and Parades (Contrasting Charms of Day & Night) Rose Parade: On Wednesday, May 20 at 18:50 and Saturday, May 23 at 17:50, a spectacular parade featuring citizens and a marching band will take place from the main gate of Ulsan Grand Park to the plaza in front of the Rose Garden. This is the perfect time to capture the dynamic atmosphere of the event. Opening Ceremony & Laser Show: Starting at 20:00 on the evening of Wednesday, May 20, the first day of the festival, a dazzling fireworks performance and laser show will take place. Capture the visual beauty of the night sky. Rose Square (SK Plaza): Featuring a large air dome structure, media facade, and various performance programs that continue until 22:00, this is the perfect spot for night photography. Food trucks will also be operating.
