The 2026 Bucheon Million Roses Festival opens today (May 23, 2026) at the Bucheon Million Roses Garden in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do. Located within Dodang Park at San 34, Dodang-dong, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, the Bucheon Million Roses Garden began to take shape when Bucheon City started planting approximately 150,000 rose bushes in 1998 to create a resting place for residents near Mt. Dodang. It is said to have been named the "Million Roses Garden" because, assuming 7 to 10 roses bloom per bush, visitors can see at least one million flowers. As the largest single rose garden in Korea, the Bucheon Million Roses Festival continues until June 7. The Garden of Million Roses, located in Bucheon City, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, was opened for festival from May 23, 2026 to June 8.
