Part 2 of homemade bacon

Hey Ever-body 👋🏼 Here is part 2 of making homemade bacon. It was really good!!! Even the “extra crispy” ones were edible!!! I will be doing more homemade bacon for sure!!! I need to find someone that raises their own pigs big enough to get pork belly….if you know anyone please let me know! It was very easy to do. I wrapped small portions in parchment paper and froze for easy grab and cook for breakfast’s. One more way of getting away from chemicals in our food. Will you be trying this?
