The Grady-White 375 Freedom is a million-dollar boat. We took the one we sell 240 miles across the Gulf Stream to the Bahamas — and the ocean did NOT go easy on us. This is the crossing nobody lets you see: Stuart, Florida to the Abacos, straight across open water with no land for hours. The seas turned genuinely brutal out in the Stream — spray over the bow, slamming through swells, the kind of conditions that separate a real offshore boat from a dock queen. But once we made it across, the trip really opened up: we explored Walker's Cay, camped overnight on the boat, and put every single feature on the 375 to work. I sell boats for a living, so this is my honest, no-sugar-coating verdict on whether the Freedom 375 is actually worth the money — when it gets ugly and when it's living up to the dream.
