Ingredients: Zucchini - 2 small Chicken thigh fillet - 500-600 g (or chicken breast) Eggs - 2 Tomatoes - 2 medium Sour cream - 2 tbsp Hard cheese - 150-200 g Salt - to taste Ground black pepper - to taste Favorite spices - optional Preparation: Cut the young zucchini into large pieces. If using large, mature zucchini, peel and remove the seeds. Cut the chicken into large pieces and combine with the zucchini. Add salt, black pepper, and your favorite spices, then mix well. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, sour cream, and most of the grated cheese. Reserve a small amount of the cheese mixture for the top layer. Add half of the cheese mixture to the zucchini and chicken, mixing thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Slice the tomatoes thinly and arrange them on top. Spread the remaining cheese mixture over the tomatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40-45 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese crust is golden brown. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving, then cut into portions.
