In mid-March in New Zealand, where autumn is glowing beautifully, our garden feijoas have reached the peak of the harvest season. 🍂 It's been a year since our ""Feijoa Cake"" video. This year the tree is bearing so much more fruit than last year, and we've been enjoying feijoas every single day. In this video, we try five recipes that make the most of autumn's bounty. From breakfast, to a refreshing sorbet, an elegant salad with fruit toppings, and a piping-hot crumble…! We also gave ""Feijoa Curry"" a try! At first we weren't sure if the flavour was quite there, but after a walk the next day I made some tweaks — and it turned into a delicious dish that was perfect on toast. ✨ We hope you can feel the joy of the harvest alongside us, soothed by the colours of the changing autumn and the song of the Tuis. 🍂 What signs of autumn (or spring, for those of you in the northern hemisphere!) have you found near you?
